Is Dry July free to sign up to and participate in?
Yes, we know taking a month off the grog is not an easy task so why would we charge you to do it? We value people that want to make a difference to their own health and the well being of others, therefore we cannot justify charging you good folk to participate.
Are donations to Dry July tax deductible?

When Dry July participants sign up to Dry July they have the option to nominate a preferred beneficiary. We take these nominations into consideration when determining how any donations received will be distributed.

I want to make a Golden Ticket donation to someone but I can't find where to do it?
The make a 'Golden Ticket donation' option is located in 'Step 1' of 'Make a Donation' on a person's profile page.
Can't see this option?
Due to demand we've allowed participants the ability to 'turn off' their Golden Tickets feature. If this has been activated you will not be shown the option to make a donation as a 'Golden Ticket' when going through the donation process.
I made a donation and left a message of support to a Dry July celebrity but is hasn't appeared on their profile page?
Messages to our ambassadors go through an approval process via the Dry July Administrators prior to being published on the website. Ambassador messages are approved twice a day so it may take a few hours before you see your donation and message appear on their profile page.
I made a donation but haven't been emailed a receipt?
First thing to do in this instance is check your Junk Email folder. Sadly the amount of SPAM going around the internet means that Junk Mail filters are becoming more and more complex. It is difficult for us to be 100% sure that your donation receipt will be delivered to your inbox successfully. If the receipt is not in your Junk folder and you still haven't received it after a couple of hours please contact us at email@example.com
